Description
A little space to check in with yourself
A printable journal insert for days when you want to put a few thoughts on paper. You do not have to answer everything; start with the prompt that fits today.
The download includes A5 and Pocket sizes, plus an A5 file for writing on a tablet. Tuck a page into your planner, or use one on its own at your desk.
Use it on a day when you need to sort something out, take a small pause, or simply do not know where to begin. A few lines is enough.
The journal includes 8 prompts for writing about how you are doing and what has been on your mind. You get printable A5 and Pocket PDFs, plus an A5 digital file for tablet use.
Each page can stand on its own. You do not need to work through them in order; start with the question you can answer today.
For anyone who wants a starting point for journaling but does not want a full workbook or a page packed with rules.
You do not have to use it every day. One page is enough, and it is fine to leave a few days between entries.
For print, use 100% scale (actual size). The A5 page fits an A5 planner; the Pocket page is made for a finished size of 80 × 120 mm.
For digital writing, open the A5 file in an app such as Goodnotes or Notability. Duplicate a page whenever you want to use it again.
This is not a workbook that expects neat answers. Short notes, unfinished thoughts, and words that do not quite make sense yet are all fine.
Look back at the pages later, or do not. Use them in the way that feels useful that day.
This is a digital product, so nothing ships in the mail. Download the files from your order confirmation after payment.
Digital purchases are final and non-refundable. If a file will not open, please contact us.
