Description
A page for getting the work out of your head
A printable project tracker for listing what needs doing and seeing where each project stands. Use it when your thoughts are getting scattered and you need a place to start.
The pages pair a project list with four simple sections: Do, Schedule, Delegate, and Eliminate. Write only what you need to make the next step clearer.
The download includes Pocket-size pages and A4 print sheets. Nothing is dated, so you can start with the project in front of you.
There is a project list for the name, tasks, dates, priority, and completion checks, plus a four-part page for sorting the work.
Use the Pocket pages directly, or print the A4 layouts and cut them down to the finished Pocket size of 80 × 120 mm.
For moments when your tasks are all mixed together and you want to get them onto paper. You do not need to learn a large project-management tool first.
This is for printed, handwritten planning. It is not designed for team sharing, notifications, or automatic updates.
Start with the project list. Add the name and tasks, then add dates or priority only where they help. Check things off as they are done.
On the four-part page, put immediate actions in Do, time-based tasks in Schedule, tasks someone else can handle in Delegate, and things you are not doing in Eliminate.
Print at 100% scale. Cut the A4 sheets along the trim marks to make the finished 80 × 120 mm Pocket pages.
You do not have to build a perfect plan before you begin. Find the next step, add a page when you need one, and leave unused spaces empty.
A small Atakuri panda sits on the page without getting in the way of your notes.
