Description
What if this week didn’t have to feel so rushed?
The Slow Week Planner Insert is a printable weekly planner insert from Atakuri Studio. No hourly hustle, no color-coded systems, just a calm, undated space to see your week and move through it at your own pace.
It comes in two fold sizes and four little pandas, so you can pick the combination that feels most like you.
Whether you use it as a standalone weekly insert or slot it into a planner you already own, the goal is the same: a page you actually want to open, not one more system to manage.
This printable weekly planner insert includes 8 PDF files: one weekly layout in 2 fold sizes (A5 Bi-fold, Pocket Tri-fold) and 4 colorways (Cream Morning, Sage Quiet, Lavender Night, Mist Blue Writing), each with its own little panda.
Every page has an undated Monday to Sunday week grid with hourly rows, a small yearly calendar to mark the current week, and a short checklist space for whatever’s worth keeping.
In the corner, a small panda sits next to that mini calendar, so you can mark which week you’re on without flipping to a separate page. The checklist at the bottom gives you room for the handful of things you don’t want to forget, whether that’s an errand, a birthday, or a small promise to yourself.
One page per file. Print it as many times as you need, week after week.
This is for anyone who wants to see the whole week at a glance without feeling boxed in by it. You get enough visual structure to plan ahead, without a rigid system telling you how your days should look.
It also works well if you like a little structure but still want room to write freely. The grid gives you a starting point, not a script, so you can plan loosely or in detail depending on the week.
Use it to slow down before the week starts, gather your thoughts, and move through it at a calmer pace. Ten minutes with this page on a Sunday evening can make the rest of the week feel less scattered.
And if slow living is your thing, it gives you a soft, quiet space for plans, reminders, and the small moments worth making room for. It’s less about squeezing more into your time and more about noticing how you’re spending it.
This may not be the right fit if you want a dated planner, a habit tracker, or digital reminders. It is a printable page, so you will need to print, fold, and punch it yourself.
Print the file at 100% scale (“actual size,” not “fit to page”) on your home printer or at a local print shop. If your printer’s menu looks different from ours, Adobe’s guide to scaling and resizing printed pages walks through where that setting usually hides.
Fold the A5 Bi-fold page in half to fit an A5 planner. Fold the Pocket Tri-fold page in thirds; its finished front measures 80 × 120 mm. Punch holes to match your binder, or tuck it in as a loose insert.
Regular printer paper works fine for everyday use. If you print and fold the same layout often, a slightly heavier paper (around 200gsm) will hold creases better and hide print-through from the other side.
Some people keep the A5 Bi-fold version in their main planner for weekday use and carry the Pocket Tri-fold version separately for quick reference on the go. You don’t have to pick just one.
Fill in the week’s dates at the top, then let the days fill in gently. There’s no wrong way to use it.
This isn’t a productivity system dressed up as a planner. There’s no pressure to track habits, hit color-coded goals, or fill every hour.
Most weekly planners are built around getting more done. This printable weekly planner insert is built around noticing how your week actually feels: enough structure to stay organized, but plenty of open space to write only what matters to you.
If you’ve tried Atakuri’s Awareness Journal Insert before, this one follows the same idea. It’s just applied to your schedule instead of your headspace.
Four little pandas (Cream Morning, Sage Quiet, Lavender Night, and Mist Blue Writing) keep you gentle company on the page. Each one has its own personality, so picking a colorway can be as simple as choosing whichever panda matches your mood this week.
This printable weekly planner insert is a digital product, so nothing ships in the mail. Once your payment goes through, you’ll get a download link right away through your order confirmation.
Because these are digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable. If your download looks off, just reach out and we’ll sort it out.
