Atakuri products are digital downloads delivered after purchase. The following policy explains when a refund or exchange may be available.
1. Digital Products are Final Sale
Because a digital file cannot be returned after it has been delivered or downloaded, all sales are generally final. Please review the product description, file details, and preview images before purchasing.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund or exchange in the following cases:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you purchased the same digital product twice, contact us with both order numbers. We will refund the duplicate payment.
- Technical Issues: If a technical defect prevents you from using the file and we cannot provide a working replacement, we may issue a refund.
- Major Error: If the product you received is significantly different from what was described or pictured.
