Refund Policy

Thank you for bringing Atakuri into your quiet corner. Because my products are digital downloads that are delivered instantly to your inbox, I have a specific policy regarding refunds.

1. Digital Products are Final Sale

Due to the nature of digital items, once a file has been sent or downloaded, it cannot be "returned." Therefore, all sales are final, and I generally do not offer refunds or exchanges. I kindly ask that you carefully review the product descriptions and preview images before completing your purchase to ensure the template meets your needs.

2. Exceptions (I'm Here to Help)

While all sales are final, I want you to be happy with your experience. I will consider refund or exchange requests in the following exceptional cases:

  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, please contact me with your order numbers, and I will refund the duplicate payment.
  • Technical Issues: If there is a technical defect with the file that prevents you from using it (and I am unable to fix it for you), a refund may be issued.
  • Major Error: If the product you received is significantly different from what was described or pictured.
